How do I start?
You start by calling or emailing PIIO. We will schedule a consultation to discuss your needs, wants and goals. Following the initial consultation, appointments can be made weekly, bi-weekly and/or monthly to start putting your spaces and/or things in order.
What services does PIIO provide?
A consultation is recommended before organizing services are scheduled. PIIO helps clients organize clutter and make efficient use of space in your home or office. The removal of trash and items to be donated will be taken from the home or office at the conclusion of each scheduled appointment.
What happens during the consultation?
PIIO will meet at your home or office and answer all questions you and your family have. PIIO will ask questions in order to get to know you better and see how to best serve you. We will also walk the home, office, garage, etc. to view the areas that need to be clutter free.
Who are PIIO’s clients?
Anybody with clutter. Seniors, stay at home moms and dads, busy professionals, working parents, hoarders, small businesses, etc.
What does PIIO do with the donated items?
PIIO donates unwanted belongings that are still in good use to local charities and organizations. A donation receipt is optional upon the client’s request.
What if you want to sell something?
PIIO may list Client’s property for sale using any reasonable means (including by not limited to Craigslist, Consignment Stores, E-bay, Facebook, LetGo and OfferUp). Client agrees to pay a fee equal to 25% of the total sale price to PIIO upon completion of each sale.
Will my information be confidential?
Yes, PIIO DOES NOT share name and/or information with anyone. PIIO strives on earning and maintaining trust and loyalty for each and every client.
What if I only need PIIO for a few hours?
There is a 2 hour minimum during weekdays and a 4 hour minimum during weekends.
Will PIIO be able to work around my schedule?
Yes, PIIO will schedule appointments when it works for all parties involved.
Does PIIO work alongside me or train me?
PIIO will work alongside you at each appointment. At the conclusion of each visit PIIO will remove the trash and the items to be donated to charity. PIIO will teach you tricks to keep things neat and tidy.
Once we finish organizing, how do I stay organized?
PIIO will help you strategize a personal plan that fits your needs and PIIO will follow up on a quarterly basis to make sure you’re on track.

How do I pay PIIO?
The payment shall be made by cash or credit card. The payment is due at the time of service or within 15 days of the receipt of an invoice.
