I was coming in town for a long weekend to help my parents downsize while they were out of town. Yes, my parents knew about it, and I had my marching orders. Sarah was wonderful. From the first time we spoke on the phone, I was confident she had the understanding, experience and knowledge to help me get the job done. She was on time, professional and efficient. She also was mindful of keeping the costs down wherever possible and giving me an idea of what the costs would be up front. In fact, her knowledge of what donation items would be accepted (based on condition of the item) versus trashed was extremely helpful, not only from a cost perspective, but also because of the constraints we had for the weekend.
