Sarah has been a life saver for me. Until I engaged Sarah in the summer of 2018, my husband and I had made very little progress in sorting through the contents of my deceased parents’ home. There are times when life hits you in the face a little harder than you ever expected it would. Those are the times you hope for people like Sarah to drop into your world. She probably doesn’t even realize it, but Sarah’s help was more than just organizing, purging, logistics of making donations, etc.

Sarah is one of the best gifts I have ever given myself! I needed someone who could physically help me. Someone who could help me clean out and sort through 22 years of accumulated stuff. Before working with Sarah from “Put It In Order” I was procrastinating with my newborn bedroom and my office. I have started with my baby’s bedroom but the task was not easy. I had to transfer lots of my books in the office, and get rid of a lot of paper that were in the office.

I hired Sarah to help me with organization and a move. We were under a very short time constraint. Sarah assisted in organizing and packing a complete Artist Studio and more. Though “packing” for a move is not what Put It In Order does ordinarily, Sarah saw the need and without a moment’s hesitation she gathered resources, physically assisted in the packing and got the job done in record time. Not only was she under strict time constraints but I was recently out of the hospital having had spinal surgery and could do little to help. She was intuitive, insightful and responsive. I consider her the hero of a very difficult situation. Without her knowledge and professionalism I would never have been ready on time for my move. My friend recommended Sarah and she met with me first to explain what her services entailed and how much it would cost approximately. Let me tell you, she came in and got to work with intent. I whole heartily recommend Sarah who is PUT IT IN ORDER. Sarah did an outstanding job cleaning out our father's 25 year extremely lived in home. Sarah is a true professional and did her job, which was huge, in such a timely fashion. She is quick, concise, orderly, and she was very communicative through the entire process.

Sarah showed up on time, helped us organized, took whatever we donated and returned a list of items and recipes. Took trash out and left when the task was done. She was quick and pleasant to work with. I would hire her again, but since she left everything is still in order and the tips she gave me still work!! She gave me back my house and now it is a home.

3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 adults makes it hard to keep everything clean and tidy, but Sarah came in and helped make our home more functional. After years of ignoring the fact that my parents had hoarding issues, I finally convinced them to give Sarah with Put It In Order a try. She has been working with my mom for over two years now. Like the rest of the house, my parents’ kitchen and basement was filled with stuff – furniture, financial records, books, old toys, garden equipment, etc. She has transformed both the kitchen and the basement into a clutter-free environment. A year ago, my father passed away, Sarah became not only the person that helped my mom organize her house; she also became an unofficial personal assistant to her. She referred my mom to both a lawn man and a handyman that my mom continues to use. My mom no longer drives, but she still owns 3 cars, so Sarah keeps the cars running and filled with gas. Last winter, Reno had a bad storm that knocked the power out for more than a day. Sarah came over one evening to get my mom’s generator started, and she came back the next morning at 7am on a holiday to make sure it was still running. She even drove my mom home from a recent hospital stay. Sarah truly cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

After years of dealing with a very stubborn mother and earlier issues regarding hoarding, I reached out to Sarah in an effort to keep my sanity. Sarah was the perfect answer and handled my mother with dignity and humor. As I live in another state, I crossed my fingers and left for home hoping that all would be well. My mother continued to work with Sarah and trusted her in her home. Sarah offered to help in all sorts of ways as my mother had become disabled and needed help getting around. For all of this, I will always be grateful. My mother got the help she needed and allowed me to return home to my family! I will add that as a police officer, I trust very few people in my home, much less my disabled mother’s home. I would recommend Sarah for anyone who has to clear up or clear out or just needs help organizing what they have. My son hired Sarah for us, he had heard me talking about organizing for years. Usually I would go into the garage stare a few minutes and decide it was too hot or too cold. The closets and cupboards were just daunting. And it was easy to just shut the door and proclaim that it was a process for another day. Sarah came 2x a week for 4 weeks and we now have clutter free spaces! The bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room and garage are done! We can now park a 3rd car in the garage! And I am using her method to maintain the spaces. I think what helped me the most was that she has contacts on her phone. Lots of contacts. She knew where to take broken or unused tech items, will list items if you would prefer selling them and has donation sites for specific groups. From Kiwanis to Assistance League to the computer store and the Center for Abused Women. You aren't just throwing things in the trash you feel good about cleaning out.

Sarah Feliz has accomplished a task that I did not think could be done. She has cleaned out my parents home of over 50 years. My mother finds it difficult to get rid of anything so every room was overflowing with junk as well as priceless antiques and history. I recently had the need to organize my apartment and had Put It In Order recommended to me. I called Sarah and set up a time for a no charge consultation. We discussed what was needed to get my place in order and made arrangements to start the process. When Sarah came over we put up pictures, organized the kitchen, organized my bedroom, and went through boxes to see what should be destroyed and what should be saved. In addition Sarah gave me ideas as to the types of storage items to get and then helped me locate them and shopped for them for me. The process was quick and easy and very reasonable. All in all the process was quick and painless within a short time I had my apartment organized my storage unit cleaned out and was able to entertain friends again. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone needing help to organize their place and get everything in order.

I first started working with Sarah in January of 2010. It was a slow start for me as organizing and cleaning up my house was something I didn’t want to do at that time. We worked together until September 2010 before I threw in the towel. We have kept in touch over the years. My life has been through a lot of changes, my husband passed away and my health hasn’t been the greatest. After moving into an Independent Community earlier this year I find myself still with my house of clutter.
