I was given Sarah's name from a realtor friend of mine who never passes on a recommendation unless she has talked to at least two word of mouth references.
I was coming in town for a long weekend to help my parents downsize while they were out of town. Yes, my parents knew about it, and I had my marching orders. Sarah was wonderful. From the first time we spoke on the phone, I was confident she had the understanding, experience and knowledge to help me get the job done. She was on time, professional and efficient. She also was mindful of keeping the costs down wherever possible and giving me an idea of what the costs would be up front. In fact, her knowledge of what donation items would be accepted (based on condition of the item) versus trashed was extremely helpful, not only from a cost perspective, but also because of the constraints we had for the weekend. The Got Junk truck was coming late on Saturday, we couldn't leave any garbage cans out when we left on Sunday.
My brother and I were sending our parents pictures of the progress we were making, and they absolutely couldn't believe the transformation. Our parents were so excited by what we were able to accomplish in such a short time, that they thought could never be done, that they were motivated to continue the work with Sarah once they returned home.
